QICGRE has secured statutory approval to develop an integrated commercial tower, retail and civic space at 62 Mary Street in Brisbane’s thriving CBD.

The Development Approval proposes a 38,000m2, 40-level commercial office building that will become an important connection point between Brisbane’s Queens Wharf entertainment precinct, the city’s proposed Albert Street Green Spine and the Eagle Street dining zone.

 

Benefitting from outstanding accessibility by bus, ferry, train or bike, this mixed-use tower will create a strong pedestrian link and offer integrated retail and social space alongside modern workspace solutions complete with end-of-trip facilities.

 

The proposed development creates significant scope for retail amenity, including the introduction of a range of food and beverage options not currently available in the area.
