Sydney’s Castle Towers has partnered with local community groups to establish a new Community Hub at the Centre, with the aim of establishing and growing an accessible, professional and reputable community space to meet the needs of those living in The Hills Shire.
Castle Towers has partnered with Youth Rezolutions and the Lisa Harnum Foundation to oversee the Community Hub, which is conveniently located on the exterior of Castle Towers, directly adjacent to the new Castle Hill Station on the recently launched Sydney Metro rail line.
The Community Hub hosts events and activities from a range of local groups, with the space provided free of charge, and has hosted approximately 525 events since opening in March 2019.
Castle Towers Centre Manager, Eddie Paynter, said that the Centre was thrilled to be able to provide the space for the Community Hub to hold events.
“We are proud to be able to offer a safe and welcoming space for community groups to meet and run a range of valuable events that benefit our local community,” Mr Paynter said.
