Steven Leigh

Managing Director

Having helped create QICGRE in 1991, Steve leads our global team of specialists and oversees the company-wide management of its strategic offering. Highly-regarded as an industry luminary, Steve has stewarded our organisation through a sustained period of significant global expansion and regeneration of our commercial and retail properties, ensuring QICGRE has maintained our commitment to achieving exceptional outcomes for our clients, partners and the communities we serve. He has driven the way we embed environmental, social and governance considerations and initiatives into all aspects of our decision making. Steve is particularly focused on maintaining our diverse workplace and is one of the founding members of the Property Male Champions of Change – a working group established by the Property Council of Australia to act as agents for change, and improve workplace diversity in the property industry. Steve is a certified practising valuer and is a graduate of the University of Queensland and the Queensland University of Technology in the disciplines of real estate valuation and project management.

Stuart Miller

Director – Investment Management

Stuart oversees the global operations of QICGRE’s AUD18.4 billion real estate investment portfolio. It includes a development pipeline of AUD5 billion and incorporates asset and development management, leasing, property management and strategy across approximately 50 sites in Australia and the US. During the past 20 years with QICGRE, Stuart has overseen award-winning projects including Eastland, Robina Town Centre and Canberra Centre, with a combined project value of more than AUD2.5 billion. Stuart has been fundamental to QICGRE’s strategic asset creation program to reimagine retail centres through mixed use commercial and retail assets and exceptional architecture and design. Stuart is a certified practising valuer; has a Bachelor of Business (University of Queensland); and a Graduate Diploma in Applied Finance & Investment from Financial Services Institute of Australia (Finsia). Stuart is an Associate Member of the API and a Fellow of Finsia.

Daryl Stubbings

General Manager – Retail Investment

Having commenced his career with one of Australia’s leading retailers, Daryl has over 20 years’ experience in Development and Investment Management both in Australia and throughout Asia. Leading our Asset Creation and Management team, which is responsible for master planning and executing all development activity across the Australian portfolio, Daryl is focused on ensuring that future developments provide communities with a sense of ownership and belonging. Daryl has a Bachelor of Business (Property) from RMIT Melbourne.

General Manager - Retail

Megan brings more than 25 years of experience working across FMCG, grocery, fashion and general retail to us with extensive experience across marketing and brand, digital, sales, operations, property and development, supply chain, merchandise and mergers and acquisitions. Delivering exceptional service for our clients, Megan leads the Retail Division of QICGRE. Overseeing the delivery of the Leasing Strategy she is responsible for Retailer Relationships, Project and Static Leasing, Retail Administration and Product Development. Megan has a University of Western Sydney Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.), Marketing.

Head of Strategy

Backed by more than two decades of strategic expertise within the retail, fashion, property, media and publishing industries, Skye is leading the business transformation of QICGRE. As the global Head of Strategy, Skye is responsible for predicting future consumer behaviour and for integrating product, brand and digital strategies across our portfolio in Australia and the US to create exceptional retail experiences that drive audience engagement and connection. Through her focus on product innovation to create adaptive places that bring people and communities together, Skye delivers market-leading investment and asset creation for our investors and retail and commercial partners. Skye holds a Bachelor of Economics from Macquarie University.

Ian Coltman

General Manager – Design and Delivery

Ian joined QIC in 2001 and has been instrumental in various project delivery roles right across the portfolio. He is now responsible for a team of 60 working across architecture, interior design, construction and project management. Ian has 36 years’ experience in the construction industry in Australia and the US. Ian and his team deliver our project pipeline and operational centres across the portfolio in Australia. He is a qualified carpenter, foreman and clerk of works.
