Castle Towers

A next-generation destination

Castle Towers sits at the heart of the affluent Hills District, a key growth corridor for Sydney and focus point for unprecedented investment in transport, infrastructure and residential development.

The region is set to become home to 55,000 new residents by 2028, with the Sydney Metro Northwest rail project and road extensions significantly improving accessibility for the 6 million people based within an hour of Castle Towers.

Over a multi-stage development (commenced March 2019), we are evolving Castle Towers into a beacon for the growing community—a place that offers countless opportunities to connect, indulge, dwell and discover.

Read what QICGRE’s General Manager – Retail, Luke Young, had to say in The Paper  about delivering a new lifestyle and retail destination for Sydney’s north-west.

The next chapter

To usher in the new era of connectivity and convenience we’re delivering a pedestrian connection between Castle Towers and the new Castle Hill Station. This purpose-built underpass is the only one of its kind along the Northwest line and will provide access to a new multipurpose mall containing:

A communal space for everyday moments
With thoughtful design and an abundance of seating, we’re encouraging people to stop and dwell, come together with friends or catch up on work in spaces that feel like an extension of home.

A contemporary marketplace
Joining the highly successful and fully refurbished Coles supermarket, we’re creating a fresh food destination where our community is invited to shop, taste and interact.

A reimagined food precinct
Here, the traditional food court becomes an inspired food precinct where visitors have the option to grab-and-go or uncover new tastes to savour.

A life administration nerve centre
As part of our mission to meet the whole-life needs of our community we are collecting together a range of essential services within close proximity of the station and carpark access points.

We are also remixing our retail offer with a collection of new family, lifestyle and fashion brands. Castle Towers shoppers can, for instance, look forward to a series of mini majors joining David Jones, Myer and Target within a refined and atmospheric shopping destination.
